Member of the wedding notes Essay Example for Free
Member of the wedding notes Essay Stuck between being to young for adolescence and to old to be a child, the protagonist Frankie Addams, has the desire to be the child and the adult. Within herself shes confused and lost, her body is to big, yet her mind is broken. Through the journey of Carson McCullers novel The Member of the Wedding, Frankie clenches on to the ridiculous idea of belonging to the wedding and even going off with the honeymooners after. This concept developed by her, is what she believes is a way in which she can develop a sense of belonging. Although this idea preposterous and highly immature it highlights that Frankie wants an adult dream at her young age. Her confused desires between child and adulthood are depicted again, when she almost experiences her first sexual encounter with a solider. Although being inquisitive and interested in what would go on between the two of them and although Frankie enjoyed being treated like an adult, it was all to much for her to handle and she fled from the solider. It is difficult to posses a sense of belonging when we are unsure of our own identity. Why? In having a sense of belonging, one must always have a clear understanding of their identity. This is because the groups we attach ourselves with throughout the journey of life resemble features of our own personality. So when one lacks the knowledge of their own self, in finding somewhere or something to belong to which suites and allows them to be comfortable, it is almost impossible. Evidence Through Carson McCullers novel The Member of the Wedding (1946 ) the confused protagonist Frankie Addams reflects how her own frail understanding of her identity impacts and makes it difficult for Frankie to develop a sense of belonging. This ââ¬Å" unjoined ââ¬Å" from society feeling that the protagonist feels is partly formed from different experiences she endures. From growing too old for sharing a bed with her father to being rejected from the club house for being ââ¬Å" too young ââ¬Å". Frankies self perception of her physical aspect also adds to this unsettled identity, as she is entering the stages of puberty and feels as if she is a ââ¬Å" freak ââ¬Å" due to her tall height. With both her experiences and her appearance shattering her identity in to an unsettled state, Frankie finds it difficult to belong to something more then the people she lives with. Leaving the protagonist to clench on to the ridiculous idea of being a member of her brothers wedding. Although this concept that Frankie desires so much, of belonging to a wedding, is preposterous it proves how much of an impact having a weak identity can play it finding a sense of belonging.

Induction Process Of Food Manufacturing Company Management Essay
Induction Process Of Food Manufacturing Company Management Essay This Research proposal focuses on the induction process of food manufacturing company that require changes in existing induction programme to improve the work quality, company performance, ethics and new academicà staff and the role of their head of departmentà . The research also focuses on the view of the staffs on the existing arrangements of induction. So the appropriate research chosen is survey based. Respondents reflected on personalà experiences and their narratives from existing employees would give a fine-grainedà account of the same event. This proposal would observe the factors which affect staff motivation and job satisfaction and also explores previous theories of motivation. Open minded structured questionnaires were formed in the proposal to understand how to improve the quality of induction programme. Results may emphasise the importance of the management style of the manger particularly when it comes to factors such as lack of appreciation, poor communication and training. To complete this proposal I have make assumptions from the articles that related to my questions. This proposal provides clear information about the importance of induction to get better performance from the staffs in the particular food manufacturing company. Contextualisation The orientation programme should be forced to bring up to date with respect to a noticeable modification in various internal and external environment of the organisation. There are a few significant changes in the organisation, recently expanded 2 new units in addition with the existing one and also planning to put new changes as per the current trends in the market. The change in companys structure is one of the reasons to reassess the present induction method. The organisation plans to employ more staffs to work in recently developed, 2 new units such as technology based unit and recycling unit while the other functions of the firms remains same. To get expected results the induction program should be adapted to modern ways. It is expected to bring new employee training programmes includes general information about technology, recycling process, the new job descriptions, company culture, and company history. Literature review This research brings out important basic processes and approaches for the firms induction procedures with a guide for official induction course. Employee induction and socializations programs are a key aspect of ensure employees are successful in accomplishing their goals. The HR department or other persons who is supervise over new employees should run through the most important points with each individual or, when larger numbers are being taken on, with groups of people. The new requirements of professional, other individuals, agreed upon that some of the old fashion methods of management are clearly not adequate in modern world The orientation program would benefit the new employees to settle down into the organisation very quickly and become more inventive and competent members of staff within a short period of time. Induction would help the employees to restructure the workload and it will boost the competence of the workà and would be time saving.à Similarly the employees would have fewer liabilities on them after the training programme and they would be able to accomplish their objectives in time. The work rate and competence of the employees will be increased (Human Resource Solutions, Online). All organisations are legally liable for health and safety of their workforce. A high standard health and safety induction for all employees including newcomers will help to meet organisations responsibility. Organisation must inform their employees preferably on the first day about fire and safety procedures and what to do if the fire alarm goes up. If there are particular hazards, in the factory or on the building site, organisation must ensure that new workers are made aware of them and what precautions need to be taken (Anon, Online). This study has explained the conceptual area of new employee orientation programs. Researchers say that the employee orientation programs are distinguished from socialization, psychological contracts, induction, and pragmatic job previews (Wanous Reichers, 2000). Three somewhat diverse areas of academic research are used to develop a framework for the design and study of new employee orientation programs: (a) stress theory/coping methods, (b) attitude theory/change methods, (c) realistic job previews theory/methods (Wanous Reichers, 2000). The new study on newcomer orientation program should be helped by a clear definition of the conceptual domain, borrow liberally from related areas of inquiry, be conducted in field settings, and use experimental designs (Wanous Reichers, 2000). It is a legal requirement for organisations to provide their employeesà a printed declaration of terms and conditions of work excluding for those employees who will be working for less than one month. During the induction process organisation should give information of issues such as hours of work that includes breaks, procedures of holidays and sick, grievance and disciplinary formalities (Business Link, Online). Proposed Methodology The study is mainly based on both Primary research methods and empirical research methods; the term empiricism is used in a number of different ways, but two stand out. First, it is used to denote a general approach to the study of reality that suggests that only knowledge gained through experience and the senses is acceptable. In other words, this position means that ideas must be subjected to the rigours of testing before they can be considered knowledge. The second meaning of the term is related to this and refers to a belief that the accumulation of facts is a legitimate goal in its own right. It is the second meaning that is sometimes referred to as naÃÆ'à ¯ve empiricism. (Bryman A and Bell E, p-9 2003) The primary research has been planned to conduct through structured interview from the basis of the secondary research literature review analysis on data available from the records in organisation. An important phase in the collection of data is the selection of units to which the data relate.(Bryman, 1989). Data will be collected through interviews and questioners. All employees including top level and bottom line and HRM will be selected to this process. Structured Questionnaires will be provided to the related subject matter. Secondary sources of informations relating to induction process will be collected through online, like government published details and surveys will be looked. Details of the current changes in HRM and induction process will be taken from latest news paper articles and journals published. The primary data will be collected through interviews with all the employees in the organisation and passing on the questionnaires to them. The questionnaire is prepared with help of Business research methods by Bryman A and Bell E, (pp-155-174, 2003) one of the most significant considerations for many researchers is whether to ask a question in an open or closed format. With an open question respondents are asked a question and can reply however they wish. With a closed question they are presented with a set of fixed alternatives from which they have to choose an appropriate answer (Bryman A and Bell E, pp-156, 2003) Pilot Method Some of the sample questionnaires are given below Objectives of Orientation Rating For the organisation Organisations induction process gives an understanding about the history of the company and its products Strongly disagree Disagree unsure Strongly agree Agree Part of induction contains communicating and accumulating guidance on policies and procedures such as health safety, holidays, sick, performance, sales etc Strongly disagree Disagree unsure Strongly agree Agree It involves set up work goals: department and company objectives Strongly disagree Disagree unsure Strongly agree Agree For the job Let the beginners to meet up colleagues with whom they will be working together Strongly disagree Disagree unsure Strongly agree Agree Induction provides appropriate guidance to facilitate the post holder to perform their duties Strongly disagree Disagree unsure Strongly agree Agree Induction allows the post holder to realize their job details and how they suit within the frame work of the company Strongly disagree Disagree unsure Strongly agree Agree Source: Scribd, A questionnaire on new employee induction The motives behind above mentioned questions are because these questionnaires should help to find out the views of the employees about their job and company as well. It will also help to find out what changes has to be implement in the induction process of newcomers and existing employees To shape the plan of the research to be carried out, most important is to heap up some qualitative data on the company, the human resource department and the functions of it. This initial data collection can make able to collect information on the existing recruitment and training on various departments. It brings out a clear cut idea about the employees and the functions. As a part of research it is very essential to get in touch with the HRM to discuss about the research. To collect the secondary datas a meeting should be arranged with the top level managers and interview them and collect details about the employees. It is necessary to meet up the employees individually as much as I can and conduct a one to one discussion with them. Its the difficult part of the research because this may take a long and the employees should be at work or may be their break. The questionnaire is prepared and circulated among the employees randomly. Final part of the research is to distribute the questionnaires among the employees with the help of HRM and the line mangers and ask the employees to record their opinion that asked in the questionnaire and no need to mention their identity. Time Table Prepare proposal by 22 January Complete literature review by 25 January Complete fieldwork by 18 Feb Complete analysis by 21 Feb Complete final Proposal by 26 Feb Discussion of Limitations and improvements: The structured interview is the most accessible process for this research but the important thing is it has to be reached to a very large group. To get through a large group it is very vital to follow survey questionnaire, which has no possibility of getting senior employees valuable suggestions. This structured interview can be better to be printed and distributed to the large numbers. It is very hard to sample the qualitative data. Managing these feedback and analysing, will be a gigantic and tricky task. It will be a mass data as per the number of interview increases. But a questioner survey can cut down this effort By being in the organization for only 2-3 hours a week for 5 6 weeks, there are some hurdles to overcome such as it would be very difficult to meet various department employees they are working in different shifts. Being a visitor may also have some limits as well. The time to fill the questionnaires and sending back to me by employer and managers might take some time. Another possible limitation would be time consuming for the interviewers to administrator. Interviewers are likely to talk for longer than is usually the case with a comparable closed question and the organisation contains around 500 employees to meet all employees within six week is not possible because they are all work in different shifts some employees may be in their holidays. The possible improvement would be a wider literature review is needed. More and more articles and journals related to the topic should be found out for the research and always kept updated.

Expert Systems In Health Care :: essays research papers
A case referring to the beneficial use of the expert systems in the health sector was the attempt of the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake city,Utah to build “ the most complex artificial intelligence system ever created'; according to the words of DR David Classen. Its name was AIC or “Antibiotic Computer Consultant'; and it was part of HELP(Health Evaluation through Logical Processing), which was LDS’s hospital information system. The latter was existed, before the implementation of the Expert System. The role of AIC was to help doctors determine proper antibiotic treatment for specific patients.Achieving the specific purpose, the Expert System followed the above stages: 1) The doctor turned to the system with information on the infection type and site, and also identified the patient to the computer. 2) The system determined the pathogens, which are likely to have caused the infection. 3) The software examined the patient’s medical records( through the HELP information system) and searched for similar cases nationwide. 4) Finally, it displayed the five most likely antibiotic regimens to be effective and the cost of the prescription for each one. Altough, the system was extremely rewarding and expanded to include other cases involving antibiotics, some criticisms were made against it. It was stated that the system was unwieldy and that physicians had to enter much information, which was useless. Of course, the best answer came straightly from the physicians, who highlighted many important benefits of the AIC. The 88% of them believed that the use of AIC was very simple and they would recommend it to other colleagues. Another 85% stated that the program improved their selection of antibiotics, and 81% agreed that it enhanced patient care. Concerning its usability, doctors access into the system 3 times a day.

The Hidden Agenda of the News Media Essay -- TV Television Newspapers
The Hidden Agenda of the News Media People use many different sources in order to gain knowledge about current events. In America, historically, mass media and television have been the most dominant sources for information. Over the last decade, internet-based news sites and talk-radio shows have emerged as viable alternatives to the traditional media. While, obviously, the latest forms of news media are very different from their ââ¬Å"elderâ⬠counterparts regarding the conveyance of the information, they share some of the same issues regarding the reporting of the news. News coverage can be, and usually is, influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: personal political ideology, religion, culture, and economics. The ââ¬Å"innerâ⬠influences of political ideology, cultural values, and religion are not limited to the writer or reporter of a story. Editors, managers, and owners are also subjected to these pressures, in addition to the need to turn a profit, and, therefore, also influe nce the reporting of the news. Because of these influences, the final product is rarely an objective reporting of the facts. News sources convey their subjectivity, sometimes subtly, other times blatantly, through many methods. Listeners, readers, and viewers of all media should consume all information with a grain of salt. The goal of this paper is to take one single news topic, somehow related to the United States, and see how it is treated, or ââ¬Å"spunâ⬠, by two different foreign news sources. Although I could have chosen a topic related to the American presence in the Middle East, I chose instead to look for a topic that might be treated with subtle subjectivity: the cancellation of three of pop star Madonnaââ¬â¢s concerts in Israe... ...ans. On the other hand, the Arutz SHEVA story is blatantly subjective, almost to the point of becoming propaganda. Freundââ¬â¢s attempt to link the Palestinian Authority to terrorist threats is very apparent, and considering the information found on the Opinion page, it is obvious why. Arutz SHEVA appears to be written by religious conservatives and nationalists, and intended for an audience of the same mindset. Both, the Arutz SHEVA article and, to a lesser extent, the AP story, are examples of how terms, phrases, and emphasis can be used to ââ¬Å"spinâ⬠a news topic to convey your message. My analysis of these two stories supports the argument for consumers to take all information with a grain of salt. Free Hamlet Essays: The Naivete of Hamlet :: Shakespeare Hamlet Essays
The Naivete of Hamlet Keeping secrets keep you isolated from your friends and make you very lonely. Hamletââ¬â¢s loneliness, false friends, and betrayals cause his downfall to a great extent. The court of Denmark is filled with spies: Claudius hires Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, to spy on Hamlet; Polonius spies on Hamlet in Gertrudeââ¬â¢s bedchamber; Polonius uses Ophelia as bait to spy on Hamlet. Hamlet is not a part of this deceit; he is honest. For example, Claudius suggests Hamlet is honest when he and Laertes are discussing their dual scheme; Ophelia believes Hamlet is honest and says, "What a noble mind here is oââ¬â¢erthrown!" (III; i; 157), referring to Hamletââ¬â¢s antic disposition, even though he has been insulting her for two previous acts. His relationship with Horatio shows his true character, because of how much he trusts him. ("Horatio, thou art eââ¬â¢en as just a man as eââ¬â¢er my conversation coped withal" --III; ii; 59). Someone who is naïve is often taken adv antage of in a hard, cold, deceitful world. Having your stepfather get your best friends to spy on you must make you feel horrible. When Claudius hires Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (R&G) to spy on Hamlet, I entreat you bothâ⬠¦/â⬠¦/ so by your companies To draw him on to pleasures, and to gather, So much as from occasion you may glean, Whether aught to us unknown afflicts him thus That opened lies within our remedy. (II; ii; 10-18) they confess to Hamlet that they were sent to spy on him. Hamlet shows this by saying, "Nay then I have an eye of you. ââ¬âIf you love me, hold not off." (II; ii; 301). It is as though he were saying to them, ââ¬ËIf you were really my friends, then you should tell me why you are so interested in everything I do.ââ¬â¢ He later takes revenge on his friends, who are sent to spy on him when he is being sent to England. He opens the letter to the English government, and changes ââ¬Ëkill my crazy son Hamletââ¬â¢ to ââ¬Ëkill these messengersââ¬â¢, and seals the letter back up with his fathersââ¬â¢ ring: Without debatement further more or less, He should those bearers put to sudden death, Not shriving time allowed/â⬠¦/ I had my fathers signet in my purse, Which was the model of the Danish sealâ⬠¦. (V; ii: 45-50) Curiosity killed the cat. Poloniusââ¬â¢ spying on Hamlet is what kills him.

Business Environment Hnd
Marketing is a process used to satisfy and consider what products or services are needed by the consumers. There are many alternative definitions of marketing such as the charted institution of marketing ââ¬Å"Marketing is the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitablyâ⬠. The American Marketing Association believe that ââ¬Å"Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organization goalsâ⬠.Philip Kotlerinterprets that marketing is ââ¬Ësatisfying needs and wants through an exchange process the common interest in all three definitions is fulfilling customer needs and providing benefits The small business enterprise that I have chosen to discuss is called ââ¬ËHair Today ââ¬Ëthis is a professional hair salon that is situated in the heart of Kentish town for over 30 ye ars. Hair today has a total of 20 employees, including hairstylists, hair washers and administration staff, including a cashier. The salon offers many services such as styling hair, men haircuts, colouring, perming. The marketing process consists of four elements Situation Analysis, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix Decisions and Implementation ; Control. Situation analysis is when through an analysis the company finds the customer needs but in order to do this the company must recognise its own potential and the environment in which it is managing.Situation analysis should look at all the factors of the company such as the past where the company is now and where it should be in future. This analysis provides problems there are frameworks which help the situation analysis such as SWOT and PEST analysis. SWOT analysis refers to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing a business The marketing strategy is to ensure the target market is being pursued. The strategy con sists of segmentation, targeting and positioning the product within the target market.Marketing Mix Decisions at this stage detailed decisions are being made such as the development of the specific product, designing and producing the first pieces of the product and also pricing decisions Implementation and Control is the final stage of the marketing process the results of the marketing progress should be monitored when the market changes the market mix can also change to adapt to the consumer needs as time goes on a new product can even be produced although this is the last tage of the marketing process changes will always occur to satisfy different consumer needs Companies continue to exist by achieving their long-term goals. Market orientation helps to achieve the business goals and objectives a business which adopts market orientation thinks that itââ¬â¢s most important resource are its customers. The benefits of adopting market orientation for ââ¬ËHair Todayââ¬â¢ is th at through market research the hair salon will have a strong understanding of the needs of the customer.Customer feedback is vital to the company companies tend to be too involved with the product that they forget about the general customer satisfaction for example hair salons have a wide variety of market reach and also a great deal of competition. The costs of adopting marketing orientation for ââ¬ËHair Todayââ¬â¢ would be the high costs for the market research this the constant internal change as needs of the customers are met. Macro environment are the outside uncontrollable factors that may affect a managers decisions this can have an effect on the company the PESTEL model framework is used.Political factors such as government policies and the economy also new laws on small businesses Political factors can have a huge effect on many areas for business like education and the quality of health care. The hairdressing industry is having difficulties recruiting although some g overnment funding policy has helped it has a vacancy rate of 20% also the government increased the taxes for businesses this has had a huge effect. Economic factors influences marketing research such as interest rates also the changes in the economic growth and exchange rates. All businesses go through an economical ups and downs in an economic boom all businesses will benefit although if can go down and businesses can lose out. Currently hair treatment products are not considered a necessity more of a luxury so this market is dependent on how strong the economy is. Cheap credit and interest rates benefited the hair industry in the past. Social factor refers to behaviour patterns and lifestyles. Changes in consumer behaviour can also have an effect on changes in fashion . Currently we have an ageing population. Social change gives companies a understanding for the future market situation. Hair Todayââ¬â¢ will have to keep up with the latest fashion and styles which may vary betwee n ages. . Technological changes are the amount of new technology that is increasing electronic communications has made it easier to distribute information. Hair salons must keep up with the new trends and technology as this helps develop the company and make them more successful Employees will research the newest technologies in the market do some experiments use models try new haircuts if the experiments turn out to be a success it will apply to salon.Micro environment are factors which are internal this affects the business performance such as customers, competition, suppliers, public, employees and stakeholders. If a company decided to move to a public ownership they list their business in the stock market so the public can invest in the company although share holder relationships must be professionally managed to succeed long term goals. Identifying the stake holders Potential stakeholders at ââ¬ËHair Todayââ¬â¢ Your boss | Shareholders | Government |Senior executives | Al liance partners | Trades associations | Your co-workers | Suppliers | The press | Your team | Lenders | Interest groups | Customers | Analysts | The public | Prospective customers | Future recruits | The community | Your family | | | Some stake holders are more interested and involved than others to narrow down the people a power/interest grid is used. The grid shows that the people that have the high power and are more interested in my company these are the people who I will engage with and make great efforts to satisfy.Corporate culture determines how the employees and higher management interact these transactions occur over time. ââ¬Ë Hair Todayââ¬â¢ has an employee friendly corporate culture it is shown by the companyââ¬â¢s dress code, flexible working shifts , employee benefits such as employee discounts the treatment of the clients and overall client satisfaction. Porters five forces was first introduced by Michael E. Porter of Harvard Business School in 1979 the five forces are a framework to help businesses determine the rivalry intensity and industry profitability of a market. The five forces consists of threat of mew entrants to a market, the power of buyer, the power of the suppliers, the threat of substitute products and the competitive rivalry between already existing companies as shown in the diagram below. Segmentation is the process where larger markets are broken down to smaller segments this will make it easier to understands the wants and needs of the customers the overall outcome would be creating a marketing mix that is suited or the customers in the target segment. The four main factors of segmentation are behavioural, demographic, psychographic and geographical.Geographical segmentation is segmented by country, city or neighbourhood. Age, family size, income, occupation, education, ethnicity and religion can all be segmented demographically. Lifestyle, interests refers psychographic segmentation. Behaviour segmentation refers to customers buying behaviour, product mix also frequency of purchase the best form of segmentation is using all four factors as they all are very helpful. Hair salons have a wide variety of customers to attract therefore segmentation is very vital for this business to succeed in the future. The two products or services that Hair today will provide a bridal service to attract female customers where they will be pampered and receive a makeover the target market for this service is female aged 20-35 with a balanced income also the other product I will be proposing hair is extensions this will attract the teenage customers and women. The marketing strategy I have chosen for Hair Today is concentrated strategy focussing mainly on only one segment this can be positive for the salon because the business will have more knowledge on the particular segment.Females aged 13-19 there are many teenagers in this area which the salon is situated this is due to the schools in the area. Hair Today belie ve that the target segment will benefit from the service of hair extensions as this is a growing fashion although there can be a lot of competition which leads to Threat of intense segment rivalry. New salons may decide to open up this refers to the threat of new entrance also there are many products already provided in the market that teenagers can use themselves so the salon is not needed this is known as threat of substitute product. The threat of growing bargaining power of buyers is very important because the higher the charges the more likely the customers are to move to a cheaper salon. Buyer behaviour is attitudes of the customers and how often they purchase. Buying behaviour involves the process in which a customer finds a product studies the product and makes an overall decision on whether the product meets the customerââ¬â¢s needs and wants. The main types of buyer behaviour are consumer and industry two types of buying behaviours areà impulses purchases refers to whe n a purchase is made with no plan this purchase is associated with items of lower prices. Extensive decision making these are products which are higher priced such as TV and cars when customers research as much as they can they may also ask family and friends for advice or read reviews this decision making takes up a lot of time because the customer is purchasing a product that is high priced Buyer behaviour stimulus response modelBuyer behaviour is essential because it makes you understand what your customer. Market research and producing surveys will help you find the customersââ¬â¢ needs and requirements. Social media sites are the most popular process in business marketing this allows customers to interact online and new products can get instant feedback. Many businesses introduce discounts to maintain loyal and consistent customers. Companies determine how much customers spend the products which are being sold and judging on how often customers are spending helps introduce a pricing policy for ââ¬ËHair Today'.Hair extensions portray varied opinions some customers keep up with new trends and may want a different look however other members of theà community might find it doesnââ¬â¢t fit their customer needs. Hair today will start this positioning process by advertising on the internet and offering hair treatment for all types of hair also free samples of exclusive hair products. The hair industry are forever striving to keep up their image and keep their product current a change in positioning can attract new target market. References Assael, H. , Reed, P. nd Patton, M. Reflection paper in foundation of special education Essay
Taking up this course had freshened up what I learned from undergrad class. Even though we have already taken this subject before, itââ¬â¢s not bad to rush back with this, especially with the fact that I forgot some of the information I got from my previous school days. Then the world is constantly changing, the economy, government, other industries and of course the field of education. Being updated is the best way to be actively involved with these changes. Thus, this subject is a big step to move on to the next level of complexity. Closing of first semester is nearly coming and I learned a lot from this subject. It elucidates some of the questions I have before when I was teaching special children. Well, I do have ideas but it helps me to understand it further. It also informed me with the new laws for special education which really one of the things that a sped teacher must know. New strategies would never be left out from what I learned. Knowing about it would help me to improve my teaching skills. I have learned terms that we havenââ¬â¢t discuss before that promotes more understanding of special education. Anyway, I love listening from the first hand experience of the reporters, in this way I can relate more with the topic. I just realized that previously we are dependent with the books or other references but now we have exclusive experience to base on. Thus, we can explain further our reports in the class. Itââ¬â¢s a good thing because we are sharing ideas as well as we help each other in solving certain classroom situation. Teaching skills of our professor is excellent, nothing to complain. I just observed that we often have a problem in borrowing projector from the office. We canââ¬â¢t deny that technology has a big influence nowadays. Of course, we canââ¬â¢t buy our own projector which is too expensive, except for those who have big salary. But I hope there will be additional of it in the office, so there will be more chances for others to borrow. I would also like to suggest to compile all the topics of the reporters before the reporting will start. We could put it in just a short folder and fastened it, so it would not be costly. Then in each topic there will be at least questions that we could answer after the class or at home. Not literally a recorded quiz but just an exercise activity or a reviewer. I know it is an additional work but I think it would help to improve the course. I enjoyed interacting with this class. I gained learnings and I shared experience. Therefore, I become more involved in the field of special education.
